These terms and conditions govern the use of the EdelWheels platform. By using our site, you accept these terms.
1. Purpose
EdelWheels is a platform connecting users who wish to buy a new motorcycle with partner dealers. EdelWheels is not a seller or reseller of vehicles.
2. Registration
Registration is free for users. Dealers must subscribe to a plan and be approved by the EdelWheels team before they can access requests.
3. How it works
The user configures their vehicle, submits a request, and receives offers from dealers. EdelWheels calculates the 'Best Deal' using a transparent algorithm based on price, delivery time, and proximity.
4. Liability
EdelWheels acts as an intermediary. The final transaction between the user and the dealer is concluded directly between them. EdelWheels does not guarantee the prices, delivery times, or availability announced by dealers.
5. Intellectual property
All site content (texts, images, logos, algorithms) is the property of EdelWheels SA and is protected by Swiss copyright law.
6. Applicable law
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute shall be submitted to the courts of the Canton of Vaud.
