Terms and Conditions of Sale

Purpose

These conditions govern the use of the EdelWheels marketplace, which connects buyers with certified motorcycle dealers in Switzerland. EdelWheels acts as a technical intermediary.

Configuration and quote

The configurator provides a real-time estimate inclusive of Swiss VAT at 8.1%. The quote issued by the dealer constitutes the firm offer; it specifies the guaranteed price and its validity period.

Reservation and deposit

The reservation is confirmed by payment of a secure deposit (TWINT or card). The price is then locked in. The balance is settled directly with the dealer upon vehicle handover.

Delivery

Delivery is made at the dealership or to your home anywhere in Switzerland, generally within 48 to 96 hours after confirmation of the order by the dealer.

Warranty

Each certified pre-owned motorcycle undergoes a 120-point inspection and benefits from a dealer warranty of at least 12 months. New motorcycles are covered by the manufacturer's warranty.

Applicable law

These conditions are governed by Swiss law. Any dispute falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the canton of Vaud, subject to any applicable mandatory provisions.
